Internet Download Manager also integrates to Google Chrome

That’s news! I didn’t really like Free Download Manager tbh. I only used it because it supported Google Chrome. At that time, FDM was the only one I could find with support for Chrome.

But today I found out that they released a new version of Free Download Manager. I checked the change logs to see if it finally supported Google Chrome. The support was added in Version 5.15 build 6. That’s for Chrome version 2 beta. They may have had Chrome version 1.0 support for a while me not knowing.

I just tried downloading the newly released iTunes 8.1.1 through Chrome and w00t! The IDM download screen popped up. AWESOME! Maybe it works even better than FDM did.

I removed FDM straight away. Hehe
