Decided I needed the upgrade!

I’m talking about no other than downloading and installing the leaked build 7057 of Windows 7 x64. Yes, it is indeed a build in the RC stream, but might not be the real RC that will be released to the public. But hey… look at the bright side. I get a more polished build (polished that build 7000) with less bugs and more performance, which might be very much close the real RC build (if not the real thing) and I don’t have to wait another two months to get it! I read somewhere that Microsoft has announced that the public RC release is pushed back to the last week of May! MAY!!! Dammit! It was supposed to be released next month.

Now see? This is a desperate measure to get an RC build in my PC. There have been a major bug so far with the language bar disappearing, and I hope it won’t be there in this build.

nVidia…please please please… release a new driver. >_>

Weird behaviours with web browsers – speed related

I’ve been noticing this for a while now. Sometimes Chrome rockets to websites leaving everything else behind, sometimes Firefox does the same, and even IE8 comes in front once in a while. This is for the same website as well. For example, I’m almost always online on ogame.org site, and the browser performance is different from times to time. It is definitely not a connection problem because then it should have affected all the browsers at that time.

Make no mistake that Chrome is still the browser with the faster interface and smooth operation. Feature wise not the best, but I love Chrome.

But this weird behaviour doesn’t let me use only one browser all the times. Sucks!
